Schacht Warping Board – 4.5 Yard

Warping Boards are the most popular and commonly used measuring devices! Schacht warping boards are available in two sizes: the 14 yard warping board is one yard across and the 4 1/2 yard warping board measures a half yard across. The hardwood dowels are tenoned and pressed securely into the frame, in order to withstand the strain of threads under tension. The 14 Yard board allows for a cross along the top and bottom of the board. Note: As of July 2018, the warping boards now have black plastic hardware instead of metal.
