The Intermatic PF1103T Thermostat Timer Mechanism Metal Enclosure 120/240V is part of the Single-Circuit Freeze Protection Controls PF1100 Mechanical Series which protect your pool and spa equipment against freeze damage. This is useful for cold climates since it can turn ON or OFF the Filter Pump on a daily schedule and also turns ON the Filter Pump when the air temperature (where this Control is located) drops below the temperature set by the thermostat dial (between 33 degrees Fahrenheit and 42 degrees Fahrenheit). This model is the Thermostat with Timer Mechanism and housed in an indoor-outdoor, beige, rainproof Type 3R metal enclosure with an Input Voltage of 120-volt – 60 Hz or 240-volt – 60 Hz. When it will be used on a 240-volt, the neutral wire must be installed and it is not recommended for controlling 240 Volt GFCI protected equipment.
