The DuraVent 7DVL-x DVL 7-inch Diameter Double-Wall Black Pipe from DuraVent provides a premium product for use with the DVL chimney system. These components are designed for installation with minimum clearance to combustibles (6 inches to walls, 8 inches from top of horizontal run to ceiling). Featuring a stainless steel inner wall, these double-wall pipes are available in 6-inch, 7-inch, and 8-inch diameters.DVL offers a double-wall, air-insulated design to reduce clearances to combustibles from 18 inches to 6 inches–the closest clearance to a wall of any connector pipe. DVL improves stove performance by maintaining high flue gas temperatures for a strong, steady draft. The stainless steel inner walls of DVL pipe heat up faster and stay hot longer to minimize the formation of creosote and prolong the life of the chimney.
