• Pre-assembled flange, cover and leveling ring for quick installation; floor box not included
• Designed for slab-on-grade installation. Quick and easy installation is assured using a push in floor box leveling system
• Included recessed 15A 125V duplex receptacle minimizes plug protrusion allowing furniture to e located over the plug
• Removable neoprene gaskets allow for independent use of either side of the receptacle with the cover closed

It has 3/4-Inch and 1-Inch knockouts, duplex receptacle, gasket, floor levelling PVC ring, high impact and chemically resistant nylon for convenience. It is pre-assembled and has minimum 4-Inch concrete pour. Floor box comes with a fixed height/levelling ring and a deep-set GFCI/decorator opening that offers aesthetic look. Flange and hinged door cover assembly for floor box has cast into concrete mounting type and cable entry through door for convenient installation. Floor box is UL listed.
