The Stanley Hardware slide action bolt increases security by being easily padlock-able and is intended for flush mounted gates and doors in either outswinging or inswinging applications. This slide action bolt is made of heavy gauge steel for durability and comes with a zinc plated finish. The design features square holes in the bolt’s base which accommodate 1/4-inch carriage bolts to help prevent unauthorized access. This product uses a 5/16-inch diameter 6-3/16 length bolt, a 2-3/32-inch bolt throw, and a base measuring 3-15/16-inches long and 2-1/4-inches wide.
