PRC-1 protects your venting system from the rain and other weather conditions. PVC-2CT or PVC-3CT is required for concentric terminations – the rain cap would go on the end of the exhaust port. This rain cap is only compatible with condensing models, they cannot be used for direct vent concentric models.
