The Master Flow automatic shutter opens only when the power vent is operating moving the air. When the power vent is off, the closed shutter helps prevent infiltration of rain, snow, insects, etc. The moving air opens the louvers only when the power vent is operating. This shutter has a maintenance-free white aluminium construction which can be painted if desired. Use with most of attic power gable mount vents. It measures 19 1/4″ x 19 1/4″ and always have a balanced ventilation system. In no case should the amount of exhaust ventilation exceed the amount of intake ventilation.
